In the case of Talbert v. Talbert, aired on Equal Justice with Judge Eboni K. Williams, the world watched as a father attempted to use the legal system to enforce the unthinkable: suing his own 18-year-old son for the $6,000 cost of a “conversion therapy” program the boy fled.
