Sound Fury Magazine Unleashes Vol. 6 Fall 2026 With Massive Dual Cover Featuring Blacktop Mojo & Nonpoint

The wait is officially over as Sound Fury Magazine—recognized as “The Loudest Voice in Rock, Metal and Beyond”—drops its highly anticipated Vol. 6, Fall 2026 issue today, Monday, September 21, 2026. Living up to its philosophy of not just covering the music, but getting close to it, the independent publication delivers a massive special dual cover edition celebrating two distinct generations of hard rock, independent spirit, and longevity: Blacktop Mojo and Nonpoint.

Blacktop Mojo: Forging the Future of American Hard Rock

Hailing from Palestine, Texas, Blacktop Mojo takes center stage in the feature titled “Forging the Future of American Hard Rock”. Led by powerhouse vocalist Matt James, the piece explores the band’s decade-long evolution, songwriting, relentless touring, and the chemistry that has kept them fiercely independent. Tracing their journey from early days through albums like Burn the Ships, Under the Sun, Blacktop Mojo, and Pollen, the feature also looks ahead to their next chapter: the upcoming release of Discount Fireworks on October 23.

Nonpoint: Still Standing. Still Swinging. Still Getting the Last Word.

The second cover highlights South Florida hard rock veterans Nonpoint. Celebrating nearly three decades of relentless creation, the feature “Still Standing. Still Swinging. Still Getting the Last Word.” dives into their latest chapter with The Last Word. Featuring vocalist Elias Soriano, guitarists Rasheed Thomas and Jaysin Zeilstra, bassist Adam Woloszyn, and drummer Robb Rivera, the story examines a band that has consistently taken control of its creative direction—including launching their own label, 361 Degrees Records.

An Unrivaled Lineup Inside Vol. 6

True to its core mission of giving a voice to established artists and the next generation of loud music, Volume 6 packs extensive content beyond the dual covers. Readers will find exclusive interviews, feature stories, album coverage, and photography spanning a massive roster of artists.
